Hi, I am Matthew, a personal trainer wanting to help people achieve their fitness goals. I got into fitness at the age of 6 doing martial arts. Although this kept me in shape, I was always extremely skinny. I decided to make a change. In high school I joined the rugby team and decided to start working out. I starting at 110lbs and have gained 90lbs in just over 4 years. I decided that I wanted to start competing in bodybuilding, and as of May 2017, I am an Ontario provincial bodybuilder. My life has changed due to fitness and I want to help people do the same.
